A typical property inspection report is between 25 and 60 pages depending upon size and condition of the structure. Most standard home inspections take between 2 and 4 hours. Reports also include fully color digital photos of the home.

ABOUT BBI
BBI Inspections LLC is locally owned and operated in Bozeman, Montana by Jason Hegg. Jason is registered as a Certified Professional Inspector and also a Certified Radon Tester through InterNACHI, the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and also is registered with the American Institute of Inspectors. As Jason went through the inspector certification process, he also learned valuable information through a six-month hands-on training period with the previous owner. His 20+ years of construction experience as a finish carpenter and acute attention to detail, combined with this extensive training experience and certification, all help to deliver our clients a thorough and valuable inspection report.
Jason is a Bozeman native and is raising his family here as well. When not working, he can usually be found shuffling kids between school and their sports, spending time with family, or taking in some fresh Montana air in the outdoors. Some of his favorite outdoor hobbies include camping, hiking, skiing, fishing, competitive archery, and bowhunting.

Along with your home inspection BBI also offers radon testing and water quality testing. We use Femto-Tech continuous monitors for accurate test results. These monitors are calibrated annually. For water testing we deliver a qualified water sample to an EPA-certified laboratory for testing of chosen analyses.
